This policy explains how Finishing Move Inc. handles information through this portfolio, contact, and soundware website.
Information collected and why
If you email us, we receive your email address, name and any information you include. We use that information to respond to your inquiry and manage the resulting business relationship. There is no contact form or visitor account system on this website. Business inquiries sent to our representative are received by Defiant Talent Management.
When you visit, hosting and technical service providers may process your IP address, requested pages, request time, browser and device information, and referring page to deliver and protect the website and diagnose problems.
If you purchase soundware, Shopify and its payment and delivery providers process information such as your contact details, billing information, order details and payment information. We may receive customer and order information needed to fulfill purchases and provide support. Payment details are entered through the checkout provider, rather than a form hosted on this website.
Embedded music and shop
The Music page loads a DISCO portfolio player. The Soundware page loads Shopify product content, including DISCO audio examples. These services connect to their providers when the page loads, even if you do not press Play or purchase anything. They may receive your IP address, browser and device information, the referring page, and information about playback or shopping activity.
DISCO and Shopify may use cookies, local storage and similar technologies for functionality, security and analytics. Their technologies may allow them or their partners to recognize a browser and collect information about activity over time and across different websites. The website's own navigation code does not set cookies or use browser storage. We have not added standalone advertising pixels, session-recording tools or a separate website analytics script to this version of the site. This does not mean that the embedded third-party services are cookie-free.
Information recipients
Information may be handled by the providers involved in hosting, email, business representation, embedded media, purchases, payment processing and digital delivery for the purposes described above. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to address fraud, security issues or legal claims.
Social icons and other external links take you to independently operated websites. Those sites process information under their own policies. Merely displaying our social icons does not load their social-media widgets.
Browser choices and tracking signals
You can use browser settings to block or delete cookies and other site data, or use content-blocking tools. These settings may prevent music playback or shopping features from working. Third-party cookies and stored data must be managed through your browser or the relevant provider.
This website does not change its behavior in response to the older Do Not Track (DNT) signal or Global Privacy Control (GPC). Embedded services receive requests directly and may handle browser signals under their own policies. DNT and GPC are different mechanisms; this statement describes the site's current technical behavior and does not waive any rights you have under applicable law.

Please identify the relevant inquiry or order without sending payment-card details or other unnecessary sensitive information. We may need to verify your identity. Available rights, exceptions and response obligations depend on applicable law. Requests concerning information held independently by DISCO, Shopify or other providers can also be submitted directly to them.
